Are there discounts for colleagues and groups?

Yes. Every SDI Premium member receives a discount on SDI conference tickets. If you'd like to find out more about SDI Membership to enjoy the discounts, click here. For group bookings, we'd be happy to discuss discounts with you, just email as events@sdi-e.com

Where can I get information about local accommodation?

You will need to book your own accommodation if you need it. We've arranged a 10% discount on Best Available Rate with the Hilton Metropole. Prices will go up as availabilty goes down so we advise you to book extra early. You can book this here. You can cancel up to 48 hours before the conference begins. A list of nearby hotels is available in the Accommodation section of the website.

Is there a dress code for the conference?

Please feel free to wear whatever you are comfortable in! The SDI Awards gala dinner and ceremony will be black tie so you will get an opportunity to dress to impress on the evening of 19th March 2026.

What to do in the case of dietary and other special needs?

Are there any CPD points available for attending Spark?

Yes! Attendees of Spark26: The SDI Conference can earn 15 CPD points toward their ITIL certification. Simply request an attendance certificate after the event and submit it as evidence.

Can I get a certificate of attendance?

Yes. These are available on request by emailing events@sdi-e.com.

Will there be networking?

Yes, definitely. We encourage you to meet like-minded service professionals to chat and share. There will also be an expo hall so you can browse the latest tools and service offerings and most likely meet your current suppliers face-to-face.

If I need to cancel my booking, can I get a refund?

You are able to get a full refund if you cancel before 1 September 2025. After this date, you will be able to transfer your ticket to a substitute delegate. Simply email us their details to events@sdi-e.com.

How do I find out information about the breakout rooms when on-site?

We will be creating an app specifically for this event and you will be able to see the full agenda with full session details on the day. There will be plenty of signage around the venue to direct you and the SDI team will also be available to help answer your questions.

What should I bring to the conference?

As many of your team as you can! They will all benefit form this wonderful experience of networking, learning and spending two days out of the office gathering some brilliant new ideas.

Will I have access to the presentations after the event?

We will make slide decks available for delegates. We will aim to record each session and make it available to delegates to replay after the conference. Watch this space for more news on this!

Is substitution possible if I can't make it?

Of couse, you can transfer your place to a colleague if you are unable to attend. The last day for substitutions is 1 March, simply email your relapcements details to events@sdi-e.com.

What payment options secure the discounted rates?

To secure discounted Spark ticket prices, SDI requires immediate payment by credit card at the time of booking. If you prefer to pay by invoice, payment must be received within 30 days to qualify for discounted rates.

Can I get an invitation letter to acquire a VISA in order to attend the event?

It depends! Please email events@sdi-e.com and we will assess each request on a case by case basis.
