You will need to book your own accommodation if you need it. We've arranged a 10% discount on Best Available Rate with the Hilton Metropole. Prices will go up as availabilty goes down so we advise you to book extra early. You can book this here. Yes! Attendees of Spark26: The SDI Conference can earn 15 CPD points toward their ITIL certification. Simply request an attendance certificate after the event and submit it as evidence.

Yes, definitely. We encourage you to meet like-minded service professionals to chat and share. There will also be an expo hall so you can browse the latest tools and service offerings and most likely meet your current suppliers face-to-face.

You are able to get a full refund if you cancel before 1 September 2025. After this date, you will be able to transfer your ticket to a substitute delegate. Simply email us their details to events@sdi-e.com.

We will be creating an app specifically for this event and you will be able to see the full agenda with full session details on the day. There will be plenty of signage around the venue to direct you and the SDI team will also be available to help answer your questions.

To secure discounted Spark ticket prices, SDI requires immediate payment by credit card at the time of booking. If you prefer to pay by invoice, payment must be received within 30 days to qualify for discounted rates.
